Opportunity Centre
The Opportunity Centre is a joint venture of the Brain Injury Association of Waterloo-Wellington and Participation House. It is a drop in centre for members, their families and caregivers providing organized programs and impromptu social activities.
The Opportunity Centre is located at 607 King St. West in Kitchener, Unit 5a. It is situated on King Street between Victoria and Wellington in the plaza near Zeke's Restaurant.

Activities at the Opportunity Centre vary from month to month. Programs take place in both the morning and afternoon. The links below provide details of the Opportunity Centre day programs.
Lunches are provided to members of the OC Monday through Friday.
Programs offered through the OC include decorative paining, coffee and crafts, scrap booking, Qigong, gardening group, pottery, music program, Friday night social, drama, and book club.A monthly support group is offered to clients and their families in Kitchener and Cambridge and to caregivers in Kitchener.
Attendant care service is available through Participation House enabling all members who require support to attend the programs at the OC.
